SHIRAZ 2006
This Shiraz is Medium bodied
and the bouquet has a depth of peppery, blackberries and
spice, with structured silky fine tannins.
The maturation
in French oak has added overtones of spice and complexity
to the palate, typical varietal characteristics of cool climate
Shiraz. |

ROSE 2008
Brilliant pale garnet in colour and richly perfumed wine
displaying raspberry, musk and floral aromas. It’s
compote of intense berry fruit flavours harmonise seamlessly
with confectionary and floral notes.
A balanced mid
palate acidity supports a palate of exceptional length showcasing
the varietal characteristics of Pinot Meunier. |

CHARDONNAY 2007
Brilliant pale straw colour. Displays lifted lime, lemongrass
and floral aromas, with nutty almond kernel undertones. Bold
mouth filling lemon and zesty lime flavours integrate nicely
with balanced mid-palate acidity.
The lingering floral
notes and honey hints offer further complexity and length
of a greatly satisfying wine. |

PINOT NOIR 2004 & 2006
This wine displays a brilliant garnet colour, with rich
lifted berry and floral aromas. The palate shows succulent
raspberry, savoury and floral flavours persisting for a considerable
length of time.
A Mornington Peninsula, regional classic

SAUVIGNON BLANC
Brilliant light straw colour displaying lifted passionfruit
and kiwi fruit flavours. Sauvignon Blanc is mouth filling
with herbaceous and grassy undertones and a nicely balanced
acidity. This wine is made to be enjoyed now. |

Wooded Chardonnay
2005
This wine has a brilliant pale straw colour. The palate displays
Pineapple, almond & nectarine fruit flavours. Clear crisp
acid, has residual sugar, and a good mouth feel. Buttery
from second fermentation. |

MERLOT 2006
This fine example of Mornington Peninsula Merlot has rich chocolate with toasted oak and blackberry aromas. The palate shows dark plum and berry fruits with perfumed floral notes and tasty oak. |

SPARKLING CUVÉE 2006
Is an equal blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir & Pinot Meunier. Whole bunch pressing and bottle fermentation ensures traditional methods are maintained. Features zesty citrus notes that delight the palate. |
PINOT GRIGIO 2008
These varietals have been hand plunged and fermented in stainless steel. The Pinot Grigio displays floral pear & honeysuckle characteristics. A unique regional specialty. |
